Under the guidance of Steve Rushmore — founder of HVS, this course enables you to develop a greater understanding of market appraisals and valuation. With the use of The HVS Valuation Software developed by Steve Rushmore, I received an insight about the key methods for gathering, analyzing, and processing data into a comprehensive market study. I covered topics such as estimating hotel occupancy and room rate, forecasting income and expenses and how to more accurately predict the performance of a specified hotel. This course demonstrate how to evaluate of all types of hotels and examine different approaches on how to use these to estimate overall value.

Throughout the program, I have learned how to generate financial forecasts, including income and expense estimates and I now look forward to capitalizing on my new competences.

On this day, I have successfully completed a certification course in Hotel Market Analysis and Valuation, conducted by Steve Rushmore, one of the leading experts in the hospitality industry and founder of HVS Global Hospitality Services.

During this course, I have been guided to a deeper understanding of hotel market studies in the process of analyzing and valuing a hotel. I have recently obtained a certificate in Hotel Market Analysis and Valuation managed by Steve Rushmore. Founder of HVS, a global hospitality consulting organization that have provided consultation services for more than 15,000 hotels!

The course introduced an overall overview of the Hotel Market and have provided us with all the necessary tools to gather and process all the data for a comprehensive Hotel Market Analysis. Through 3 crucial Software (RNAADR, FIXVAR & HMEV). These valuation paradigms provide a structured and approved methodology for undertaking the analysis. The software consists of three excel workbooks, which collaborate together to give us a potential hotel value. 

The valuation models are often used by experts willing to assess or reassess the value of any specific hotel. Especially, if we take into considerations the current circumstances (COVID 19), most of the hotels will certainly be revalued.
